Utilizing injection, compression and transfer molding methods, Molding Solutions rubber products span several ranges: size, material, color and construction. Tiny grommets, huge bellows and liners for valves of a variety of sizes. From minuscule rings, to parts weighed by the pound, and production of an equally wide variety of raw materials: Nitrile, Viton (TM, DuPont Dow Elastomers, L.C.C.), Silicones, Aflas (TM, Asahi Glass), Butyl rubber, Natural rubber, Neoprene and others - all in varying degrees of hardness, and several in an array of colors. Materials are available to meet environmental extremes or for food, dairy or medical applications (See Specialty Elastomers). For critical applications, flashless molding technologies are available.

LIM (Liquid Injection Molding) has a special niche in the Molding Solutions process. Products from small to medium sizes, shaped or flat - all contaminant-free. Produced in a special clean room environment, silicone products of varied design and use fit well into the manufacturing process.

Rubber-to-Metal Molding is the process of molding rubber products that are chemically bonded to metal in the vulcanizing process. In most cases it is possible to achieve bond strengths that are as strong as the rubber. High strength bonds are possible through special compound formulation, physical and  chemical surface preparation and process controls.
